Interior Waterproofing

At Adelio's Contracting we always encourage exterior basement waterproofing when it’s possible. We realize that this solution doesn’t fit everyone’s budget, and some situations make exterior waterproofing very difficult, or impossible. Due to that, we also offer interior basement water control solutions.

Interior Waterproofing Process

1

Concrete Removal

Adelio’s crew will Jackhammer and remove approximately 8-12 inches of concrete and soil around the perimeter of the foundation walls where piping is needed.

2

Sump Pump Install

Install new sump pump pit & sump pump. If you have an existing one, we could tie our system into it.

3

Drainage Install

Install perforated drainage pipe into the trench and connect it to the new sump pump pit.

4

Televise

Televise downspout and main storm sewer to make sure everything is working correctly.

5

Fill

Fill trenches with gravel to gain maximum drainage to the tile.

6

Wall Paneling

Install FRP paneling on the interior walls. We fill cracks if they are structural repairs or if that portion of the wall isn’t being covered up with FRP paneling.

7

Concrete Install

Adelio’s crew will pour concrete back where it was removed to restore it to the original level.

8

* Optional

Install a backup battery and backup sump pump in case of pump or power failure.
