Field Inspector/Sales

 We are looking for a hardworking, ethical, intelligent, personable, and detail-oriented candidate to evaluate and quote basement waterproofing, sewer, and drain repairs.

Some responsibilities include:

• Meeting residential and commercial property owners to inspect, evaluate, and troubleshoot areas of concern
•  Discuss potential causes and make recommendations to the homeowner
•  Take measurements and photographs of the areas, type up quotes and email to the clients
•  Follow up with clients, answering emails and phone calls, answering questions and addressing concerns about the potential project. 
• Work with the production to prepare them for upcoming projects.
  
  
  Minimum qualifications include:
•  Clean driving record
• Experience or extensive knowledge in basement waterproofing, sewer repair, or construction background 
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Personable attitude towards customers and co-workers 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in computers and mobile tablets
